Symptoms of Acute Myeloid Leukemia
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML), also termed acute myelogenous leukemia (AL), is a grave blood cancer that affects the bone marrow. In AML, the bone marrow produces abnormal myeloid cells. These abnormal cells increase aggressively, crowding out normal blood cells. This can lead to a variety of serious symptoms, which may differ from person to person.
